Can you tell me what it is like to work in an office/home office every week?
In the office, we’re not in a normal situation because of covid but I work in the office 1 or 3 days and the rest at home, I have to book meetings also in a short schedule and in a home office it is really about thinking, reflecting and [being in] an area where you can take client calls.
What are some good things that can happen in the office and how do you cope with the bad things that can happen?
I think some of the things you can do are make wealthy people more wealthy and most of the time they do good things with the money. So the extra money quite often goes to doing good. And another good point is that every day is different but that is actually a bad point as well because the markets aren’t always logical.

Why does it take so long to work in a financial office and if the stocks are up does it affect your time?
It depends how dedicated you are to your job. It depends what part you are in. For example, if you were working in a normal banking environment the time would be more normalized like 9-8 or 5. If you're involved in financial markets, managing money and doing strategy, quite often markets are trading 24 hours a day. The most important market is the US market which has been important for a very long time. That opens at 3:30pm Swiss time.
How do you envision the future of the company? We will go through a period of inflation which is there at the moment. I do expect it to moderate but I believe it's actually engraved into the financial system now.
