Evolution of drones and how it used so far in the modern era

Drones. Today, we have all seen drones being used for fun, photography or for business purposes such as real estate or company marketing, but this wasn’t always the case. Before technological advancements in lithium batteries and light weight electric motors, drones were very expensive and mainly used in war zones by major military powers such as the USA and NATO. With this technology being newly accessible to everyone, we need to consider what this means for our security. As for now drones are starting to change from their original purpose of military espionage and death to a new and more potentially peaceful version/type. But there have been a lot of cases of drones trying to kill people which the police have to arm themselves to protect people.

History of drones

According to Propel, drones were first invented in 1917 by Charles Kettering and its purpose was to be used in war to look around the surroundings that are too dirty/dangerous so there will be no casualty/deaths. drones were very big in that era, so people will attach missiles on them to attack people or buildings. When they were used in war they found and located where the objective/enemies are at which can be used to plan more easy attacks. Because of this drones became very popular due to how useful it was in war without their own army/soldiers dying. In 1993 that's when new drones were used to see the scenery instead of mostly bombing and killing. This was the first change of drones that were used in the world to see the scenery, of course drones were still used for the military but this was a very big change.

How it is used in this era

All of this war drone thing was in the past and so what about now how it evolved ? This is what some common questions people ask. The answer is sometimes this is because some new war started to appear such as the Ukraine war, but still most of the drones in this era are now used in photography, like sports scenery or taking a video. You can say that this era drones are now more peaceful then they used to be back then.
